Overview
I spearheaded a collaborative effort to comprehensively revamp the Seneca Student Leadership Program, addressing its core pain points from the ground up. Our mission was to create a more enriching environment, providing students diverse skills and opportunities. Recognizing the program's previous lack of a real-world leadership component, we prioritized enhancing workshop interactivity at Seneca. This transformation was supported by extensive user research across campus. Engaging in interviews with students and potential employers, I played a central role in the program's redesign. I worked closely with a dedicated team to develop wireframes and prototypes that elevate the program's effectiveness, emphasizing interactivity and real-world leadership experience.
